plano East Varsity
Varsity is comprised of the best of the best. A student in any grade, 9-12, is eligible to play for Varsity.
In-season games are typically played on Tuesday and Friday.
PLANO EAST Junior Varsity (JV)
JV is comprised of athletes in grades 9-11.
In-season games occur on Tuesday and Fridays.
PLANO EAST Junior Varsity 2 (JV2)
JV2 is made up entirely of Sophomores from both feeder high schools. JV2 is a new concept as of 2021 when the Athletic Alignment initiative occurred across PISD.
Most often, in-season games occur on Saturdays.
Freshman Teams
Starting in 2024, there will only be 1 Freshman A team and 1 Freshman B team on the Eastside; comprised of freshmen from Williams and McMillen High Schools.

- Juniors can play on JV or Varsity.
- Sophomores can only play on JV2, JV, or Varsity teams.
- Freshmen can play on the Freshman A or B, JV, or Varsity teams.
